Transitional cabinets are traditionally used to end a cabinet run.  The 24" deep cabinet side should be installed next to the standard 24" depth cabinet creating an angled end that tapers to a 12" deep cabinet.  12" wide cabinet has 1 full height angled door (No Drawer) and 1 shelf (available in a left or right version).  Long side is 24" deep and short side is 12" deep.
Angle base cabinets are 24" wide x 24" deep with 2 independent angled doors and 1 shelf (can be used as a left or right installation).
Cabinets are 34-1/2" tall (+ 1-1/2" standard countertop thickness = 36" total height).
